Our Policies

Delivery
•   An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed.

•   These dates may vary due to delivery location. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

•  Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e–mail or fax.

•  Our Web site is for customers within the US; therefore, we do not ship or bill to international addresses. We deliver to street addresses ( not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO ) in the continental US only.

•  Your order will deliver to your entrance if shipped via UPS. If common carrier is necessary in order to ship your order, a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.
•    Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.

•  If Saturday delivery is necessary, please inform this to our Customer Service Department and we will make the necessary shipping changes to your order, as long as product is shipped UPS/Saturday Delivery, and if service is offered by UPS. A confirmation of such service will be submitted after receipt of your request, with any necessary additional shipping charges.

 

Order Status

•  Our Customer Service Department will email / fax you the tracking information upon request so that you can easily track it. If the carrier is unable to provide you with an update, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will gladly trace it for you.

 

Returns and Exchanges

•  If you need to return or exchange any of the products purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service Department via email.

•  If the product you received is defective, please don't discard it - we need it back. Simply let us know, and we will replace it immediately. We will issue a Call Tag in order to retrieve the damaged products at our expense.

•  If you ordered product by error, simply return it freight pre-paid. We will not charge a re-stocking fee, but freight charges will be calculated and charged to your account on those items returned from when they first shipped to you.

•  If you need to exchange product purchased, freight will be charged on the exchanged items when shipped back to you.

•  If a return or exchange is needed, simply return your purchase in re-sellable condition. We require returns and exchanges to be made within 5 business days from date of receipt of products.

•  All returns require a Return of Material Authorization ( RMA )  which will be issued by our Customer Service Department prior to returning any product. We will issue and email or fax you an RMA as soon as you contact us.

 

Refunds

•   Once a product has been returned to us with our prior authorization through an RMA, you will receive a credit for the items returned, minus a 10% restocking fee, and freight charges if / when applicable.
